The Treasury is most photogenic in morning sun (8–10am). Enter at 6am to walk the Siq in silence — tour groups arrive around 9:30am.
Follow signs from the Colonnaded Street. The 800 steps take 40 minutes; Ad-Deir Monastery (larger than the Treasury) has views of Wadi Araba beyond.
