Snoopy Island (100m from Sandy Beach Resort, Dibba; snorkel directly from shore) has sea turtle encounters near-guaranteed at 8am before charter boats arrive at 10am. No boat needed.
The east coast road (E99 north from Fujairah via Khor Fakkan and Dibba; 180km loop; 4 hours driving) is the finest UAE road trip — mountain-meets-sea landscapes found nowhere else in the Gulf.
Wadi Wurayah National Park (35km from Fujairah; AED 10; 4WD recommended) has the UAE’s only permanent waterfall, most powerful December–March. Check conditions before driving.
Al Bidyah Mosque (4 domed chambers; free; 10 min north of Fujairah; exterior always accessible) is the oldest surviving structure in the UAE, dating to 1446. Visit outside prayer times.

Fujairah is the most affordable UAE emirate for independent travel. The Fujairah Fort (AED 5), Al Bidyah Mosque (free), and the Dibba Fish Market breakfast.
The Snoopy Island two-tank dive (AED 150–250) combined with the Fujairah Fort visit (AED 5) and the Al Bidyah Mosque (free) gives the most historically and naturally diverse single UAE day outside the major cities at minimal cost.
