Kruger’s leopard population is estimated at 1,000 individuals — the Sabie River corridor (Lower Sabie to Skukuza) and the Sabi Sands private reserve have the highest density. The nocturnal game drive (R700–900; available at all major SANParks camps) finds leopard, hunting lion, honey badgers, and civets using the park roads after dark.
